USE BY DATE
  1. Voucher 1 Travel must be completed within 6 months of voucher issuance.
  2. Voucher 2 Travel must be completed within 9 months of voucher issuance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Vouchers are registered in the name of the new Evolution Agent.
  2. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be bartered or sold.
  3. Vouchers are for one-time use only; no residual value will remain after use.
  4. Flights must be booked directly through Archer Travel.
  5. A $50 credit per transaction will be applied at the time of airline ticket purchase.
  6. Vouchers are valid for any flight on any airline, except Spirit and Frontier.
  7. Travel must be reserved at least 14 days prior to departure.
  8. Agents must be active Evolution members in good standing to use the voucher.
  9. All standard airline rules and policies apply.
  10. Limit 1 voucher per reservation.
  11. Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

USE BY DATE
  1. Voucher 1 Travel must be completed within 6 months of voucher issuance.
  2. Voucher 2 Travel must be completed within 9 months of voucher issuance.
  3. Voucher 3 Travel must be completed within 12 months of voucher issuance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Provides a $500 credit toward any 7-night or longer cruise.
  2. Reservations must be made through Archer Travel Service within 6 months of voucher issuance.
  3. All cruise lines and itineraries are eligible.
  4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be bartered or sold.
  5. Vouchers are for one-time use only; no residual value will remain after use.
  6. Only one credit is allowed per cabin, based on double occupancy.
  7. The Evolution Agent must be one of the passengers on the reservation.
  8. Agents must be active Evolution members in good standing to use the voucher.
  9. Reservations are non-commissionable.
  10. Reservations must be made at least 90 days prior to departure.
  11. Limit 1 voucher per reservation.
  12. Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Valid for All-Inclusive Resort

  • $250 Credit: Applicable toward any all-inclusive resort package of 5 nights or more.
  • Booking Window: Must be booked through Archer Travel Service, Inc. within 6 months of receiving the voucher.
  • Eligible Resorts: Any resort available through Apple Leisure Group qualifies.
  • Non-Transferable: The voucher cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another person.
  • Single Use: The voucher can only be used once; no remaining balance will be applied after use.
  • Double Occupancy: Only one credit is allowed per booking, based on double occupancy.
  • Agent Participation: The Evolution agent must be part of the reservation.
  • Eligibility: Agents must be active and in good standing with Evolution to use the voucher.
  • Non-Commissionable: No commission will be earned on bookings made with the voucher.
  • Booking Lead Time: Reservations must be made at least 90 days before departure.
  • Travel Completion: The trip must be completed within one year of the voucher’s issuance.
  • Lost or Stolen: Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Provider Rules: All standard provider terms and conditions apply.
  • Cancellation Policy: Canceling the reservation will void the voucher.

A credit towards the 2026 convention  
1. Value up to $350.
2. Any convention credit will be applied to new accounts only, and must be applied to primary account.
3. Credit will not be applied to any sub-accounts.
4. Credit cannot be transferred.
5. Discounts from any Evo Bundle packages purchased on or before August 31, 2025 will apply towards the purchase of 1 Evo Bundle Ticket for the 2026 convention.
6. Discounts from any Evo Bundle packages purchased on or after September 1, 2025 will apply towards the purchase of 1 Evo Bundle Ticket for the 2027 convention.
7. There are NO REFUNDS issued on Evo Bundle Tickets.
